IQ testing bias can be found among different races and classes, and varies culturally. It is based on the concept of absolute intelligence.

Standardised tests resist the theory of changing scores. However, intelligence varies with experience. Moreover, the cultural interpretation of intelligence varies – some focus on quick responses while others value contemplative answers. IQ tests do not factor these in.
